Track your package via After Ship. We use a number of different carriers, paste your tracking number into the link listed above for the correct carrier and contact number.

If your package was confirmed delivered by the carrier via a tracking number, we recommend you check with others in your household and/or neighbors to see if they have received your package. You can also contact the carrier directly for assistance. 

If your order is not found after 7 days, contact hello@threedayweekend.shop with your current mailing address, name, and order number so we can investigate further.

While we are not liable for lost packages, your happiness is important to us, and we are committed to finding an resolution for you.

Our standard shipping is free for all domestic orders over $150.

Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout using live rates from our shipping partners.
